Yachtsmen with heart and soul
The owner and current director of Waypoint Doo is former racing yachtsman Damir Čargo, who founded it in 1994 with three sailboats in Rovinj, Croatia. Today the charter company owns more than 50 boats and Damir Chargo himself is still there as a mentor and operator. His love for the sea and for boats is evident in his work and we are very happy to offer boats from this company to our clients.
The fleet is regularly renewed
You can sail on Waypoint charter boats in Croatia from two marinas: Trogir and Dubrovnik. In total, the company owns over 35 sailboats and 12 catamarans. The most common is the popular Bavaria 46 Cruiser, but you can also find Oceanis 51.1 or Dufour 412. The catamarans are dominated by the Lagoon brand, where you can choose from 46, 50, 52 or 450 models.
All of Waypoint Doo's boats are in great condition and the company invests a lot of money in their maintenance every year. To keep the entire fleet young, modern and attractive, they also acquire several brand new boats every year.
24/7 technical support
In addition to regular or seasonal technical inspections and repairs, the maintenance team is also dedicated to assisting in case of problems at sea. The company owns a boat on the island of Hvar and is ready 24/7 to provide assistance in solving serious technical problems that clients experience during their cruise. In addition, Waypoint Doo also operates a large spare parts warehouse, so it is able to deal with most common faults very quickly.
One-way cruises
An interesting feature of Waypoint Doo is that it also offers one-way charters between its Dubrovnik–Trogir marinas as part of its classic charter service. The advantage is that you can sail along the Croatian coast without having to turn around halfway through your holiday. You will not only get to know these two amazing historical cities, but also the diversity of nature in the northern and southern part of Croatia. But beware, these cruises are not automatically available every week. If you're interested, you'll need to check with our sales staff to see if a one-way cruise is available on your chosen dates.
